Creating an Event is Simple
Easily detail the what, when and where of your events. Giving your staff all the information they need to make a decision. You can add special notes like staff uniform instructions or complex directions “5th floor of the building behind parking lot B. 2nd door on the left.”

Your staff can block out dates (exams, vacations, etc), and Quickstaff automagically lists the available staff. Set the call-times for individual staff members. Quickstaff contacts your team with all the important event details. You can now relax.

Immediately after you create your event, the staff you have scheduled will be sent an invitation to which they can either Accept or Decline.
Quickstaff will monitor the responses, and tell you how each event’s staff requirements are filling up. You can see everything all at once, and even invite others to take the places of those who have declined the work invite.
You can see your scheduled events in a calendar or list view. Green events mean they are fully staffed. Red means they are understaffed. Simple.
